Let’s start with the problem: free radicals. Emerging science tells us these unstable molecules can damage healthy cells in your body.

Pills:  Take one pill daily, preferably with 8 oz. of water and food.

Liquid:  Take one teaspoon daily, you may mix the liquid in a beverage or with food.

At this time, there is no government Recommended Daily Intake or Daily Value established for pomegranate or polyphenol antioxidants.  However, much of the preliminary scientific research on the associated health benefits was done with a daily serving of 8 oz. of POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice.  Since one POMx pill and one teaspoon of POMx liquid give you the antioxidant potency of 8 oz. of POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, our recommended daily serving is one pill or teaspoon*.

POMx Pills are actually easy-to-swallow capsules, but if you have any difficulty swallowing them, we will gladly replace your capsules with POMx liquid for no additional charge. 

POMx liquid is quite bitter.  We recommend that you mix it in a non-dairy beverage or food.

You should not feel any effects after taking POMx. 

In a recent preliminary clinical study, people did not experience any side effects.

It depends on which state you live in. We are required to charge sales tax in Arkansas, California, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada and Virginia.

If you are on the Monthly program, you will be charged right before each package is shipped. You may see two charges on your first credit card statement because we will send out your 2nd monthly shipment early to make sure you have enough POMx to take it every day. After that you should only see one about every 30 days.

Orders placed on Sunday through Thursday take up to 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday may take a little longer, because we do not ship on weekends.

No, a signature is not required. However, the package will not fit in your mailbox. If there is no secure place for the package to be left, the carrier will leave you a form to fill out for delivery instructions. Or you can choose to ship the package to your office.

Our standard shipping takes about 10 days and our expedited shipping about 5 days. Orders placed Friday - Sunday, may not be available to track until the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
